ERISEは、2019年12月9日、ビエンチャンのラオス首相府経済研究所（National Institute for Economic Research）において、「Informatized Society Building through Digital SDGs in Lao PDR」をテーマに共催セミナーを開催しました。ラオス側は、Leeber Leebouapao所長以下研究員が約30名出席しました。ERISE所長前田充浩（Prof. Mitsuhiro Maeda）は「An Advanced Methodology of Informatized Society Building」等の発表を発表を行いました。
